  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options.
  • Shipping Timeframes:
    • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.
    • Overnight Shipping: Arrives the next business day.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $199.
  • International Shipping: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery Issues: If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at zoe@zzfit.com with your order details.

Refund Policy: Please note that all sales are final due to the personalized and intensive nature of my services. Purchases are non-transferable and intended solely for the individual who made the purchase. 

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be accepted if the order has already been processed.
