My name is Zoe.
I started ZZFit.com because I want help everyone get sustainable results that last a lifetime to feel better and live the life they deserve to live.
Self-confidence and body image was something I struggled with for a large portion of my life. I struggled with all the confusing and conflicting information in the health and fitness industry today. I struggled with yo-yo dieting, restricting calories, over-training and still not getting the results I was hoping for. I made many mistakes myself and wasted a lot of time and energy.
After 10+ years experience as a Nutrition and Fitness Coach and working as a Board-Certified Physician Assistant, I mastered simple habits for long lasting results that changed my body, health and life forever. And now I want to change your life for the better.
